Your feet are doing far more than getting you from one place to another. They’re where you meet the ground—and what happens there can travel all the way up the body.

In this hands-on Gathering, we’ll explore the feet through sensation, mobility, balance, grounding, and walking awareness. We’ll slow things down, wake up the toes, create a little more space through the feet, and notice how small changes at the ground can affect the way we stand and move.

Everyone will receive their own pair of toe-separator yoga socks to wear as we explore~ and take home afterward so you can continue experimenting with what you discover.
