Before the rush begins, come in from the cold.
Hearthside is an hour with nowhere else you need to be. Settle into supported Restorative Yoga, quiet breath, warmth, a touch of Reiki, and a long Yoga Nidra while the rest of the world can wait outside for a little while.
There is nothing to accomplish here. No perfect pose. No lesson to remember. No list to finish.
Just warmth, stillness, and an hour to simply be.
No yoga experience needed. Come comfortable. Blankets, bolsters, and tea will be waiting. 🔥🌲
